Who would make your list? I definitely think Blair and Serena on Gossip Girl are equally stylish, so I would have included Blair on my list.

I totally would have included Blair too and I also would have added Beth from American Dreams (but I am a biased because the show is my favorite!). Also, Charlotte from SATC would have beat Carrie in my book.
