A friend of mine forwarded me a one month free trial of Netflix. I am very behind on my movie-watching and with little left that's good on regular tv, I decided it was a good time to give Netflix a try. My first two movies arrived today: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and Australia. Do you use Netflix, do you like it? The movies were just mailed out yesterday and arrived this morning, so it seems like the turnaround is quick atleast!
As for what little that's left on regular tv: I can't believe tonight is the finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey! Is it just me or was this a super short season? I'm looking forward to seeing what causes Theresa to overturn the table in preview - looks like it's going to be a true catfight! On another note, I love that Burn Notice is back for a summer season. I've been watching it since it started and love the show's blend of action-adventure and quirky comedy. A new show premiered after Burn Notice recently: Royal Pains and suprisingly, I'm really liking it so far. It's about a doctor who is unfairly fired from a big NYC hospital and ends up, through odd coincidences that only happen on tv, being a concierge on-call doctor for the wealthy residents of the Hamptons. It's a light, easy watch perfect for the summer in my opinion!

We did use Netflix in the past. It was good, but we are too last minute in planning our movie nights and find Blockbuster to work better. I think we had to choose early in the week in order to get by Fri. or Sat. Otherwise, the movie selections were great.
I love netflix!!!!!!!! I hate Blockbuster and refuse to go there again. They have "lost' movies that I have returned. the turnaround is fast!!! Enjoy!
